In the ancient Greek mythology, Artemis is the goddess of the moon, hunting, feminity and the protector of women and children. As an independent and powerful goddess, she is associated with severity and justice. She is one of the 12 great gods of Olympus. Shadow of Artemis represents the personification of the moonlight and its shadows. The origin of inspiration can be attributed to the nocturnal shadow - a comparatively rare form of shadow casting.
An exploration of the protection of a woman in the symbolic shadow of a goddess through clothing, addressing deeper themes. The interplay of light and shadow, transparency, and silhouettes shapes a collection of 14 garments and 8 accessory pieces.
